"By the crowds reaction, Bobby Skrzypek & The Pedestrians hip sounds may have made all the food and drink taste better at the Niagara Arts & Cultural Center's 10th Annual Art of Beer."
-James Neiss/staff photographer (Niagara Gazette)
The Pedestrians blend styles of Reggae, Ska, Rock, and Funk to create their unique Ukulele Fusion Roots Sound. Through the use of a large variety of instruments including various Ukuleles, Steel Drum, Hang Drum, Djembe, and a whole box of world percussion, The Pedestrians always liven up the party!
In the spirit of jam bands like Phish or The Grateful Dead, no two pedestrians shows are ever the same! Rotating members, a loose set list, and crowd energy contribute to every Pedestrians show packed with original material in addition to tributes to influential artists like Sublime, Jimi Hendrix, led Zepplin, Harry Nillson, Toots & The Maytals, Slighty Stoopid, Rusted Root and many others!
Formed in 2012 in Elba NY by three high school friends, The Pedestrians are well equipped, well experienced, and always come with an unforgettable high energy that awakens any dance floor! From small acoustic shows to laser light rock shows, they can truly do it all!
